Blueberry & Kale Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup @palmettogardens kale, all stems removed
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 frozen green apple
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with granola and frozen berries.
