• 1/2 pound whole wheat fusilli pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 6 cups Palmetto Gardens™ Mustard Greens
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 5 Publix pre-cooked chicken sausage links, cut into half moons
  • 2 cups vodka sauce
  • Grated parmesan, for serving


  1. In a large pot bring the water to a boil and cook the pasta 7-9 mins. until it is al dente. Strain and set aside.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, place a high sided skillet or pot over medium heat. Add the oil to the pot and swirl to coat.
  3. Add the garlic and cook 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the mustard greens in batches. Letting each cook down and making room to add more to the pot. Top with black pepper and cook until the greens are wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked pasta, chicken sausage and vodka sauce to the pot with the greens and toss to combine. Reduce the heat to low, cover and cook until the chcken sausage is warmed, about 3-5 minutes. 
  5. Serve topped with freshly grated Parmeasan cheese.
