• 4 cups Palmetto Gardens™ Kale
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt

Place kale in large bowl and toss with 2 tablespoons olive oil, making sure to coat each leaf. Evenly space kale onto baking sheets so leaves do not overlap. Sprinkle kale with sea salt.

Bake at 350 F for 5 minutes then switch baking sheets from top rack to bottom rack and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Cool before serving.

For extra flavor, sprinkle with finely grated Parmesan cheese before baking.
