  • 16 ounces Palmetto Gardens™ Turnip Greens
  • 1/2 red, yellow, and orange bell peppers, thinly sliced 
  • 1 cup water
  • 14 1/2 ounces chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup balsamic dressing
  • 15 ounces cannellini beans, cooked

Place turnip greens, bell pepper slices, water and chicken broth in a pot and bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes. Once turnip greens are cooked, drain well and toss with dressing. Stir in cooked cannellini beans.
